Our mission is to improve the journey of life for individuals and service organizations in our community. We join together to give hope and make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Our Vision
Our vision is to make a difference in the lives of those we serve through education, services, or assistance to those in need. We are a Not-for-Profit organization and serve the communities of Yavapai County in Northern Arizona.
Our Foundation
The foundation was founded in 2005. End of Life care changes the needs we have individually and in the community. Hospice and Palliative Care helps meet those needs along with our friends, families, and our community. Working together to meet the needs of those facing the challenges at end of life help improve individual and community well-being.
What We Do
Our donations are used to make our community a better place through individuals and service organizations. Life is like a journey. We never know what each day will bring. We do know that everyday is cherished. Our loved ones and friends share our journey. They are often by our sides when the journey brings challenges we must face.
Our community is at the center of our journey. Making our community a better place is part of our commitment at the Hope and Care Foundation.
Giving and compassion help others in their journey of life. We make a commitment to help fulfill the needs of our citizens through individuals and community service organizations.
Memorial Gifts
Those who have passed away remain forever in our hearts. As a way to remember and honor a loved one, we invite you to make a donation to the Hope and Care Foundation.
In lieu of flowers, many families are asking that our friends donate to the Hope and Care Foundation. The foundation will provide the necessary envelopes and information to have or display at a Memorial Service.
Your donation is 100% tax deductible. You will receive a letter of acknowledgment for your contribution.
Providing Grief and Bereavement Education in our Community
Grief and bereavement resources are necessary to help us cope with the loss of a loved one. The Hope and Care Foundation supports the journey of healing, giving hope.
